Domestic USA Shipping Methods
All our merchandise is shipped via the United States Postal Service.  Please allow up to 3-6 business days for your in-stock items to arrive.  This shipping method is NOT trackable, however delivery confirmation will be provided.  Delivery confirmation  provides a pickup date from Starfleet Models and confirms delivery to your shipping destination when that delivery takes place.  Shipping to PO Boxes, Military Bases (APO, FPO, etc.) and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), is available with this shipping method.

Please allow up to 3-6 business days for your in-stock items to arrive.  This shipping method is NOT trackable, however delivery confirmation will be provided.  Delivery confirmation provides a pickup date from Starfleet Models and confirms delivery to your shipping destination when that delivery takes place.  Shipping & Processing rates are as follows for orders with a subtotal of:

$0.01 - $14.99 = $5.95 USD
$15.00 - $49.99 = $7.85 USD
$50.00 - $99.99 = $9.95 USD
$100.00 - $199.99 = $12.95 USD
$200.00 - and up = $18.95 USD

Foreign Shipping
Currently Starfleet Models only ships to the United States and U.S. Territories, Canada, and Mexico.
Return Policy
Orders are carefully inspected for quality, assortment and proper packaging prior to shipment.  Nobody is perfect, however, and we know it.  You might change your mind, manufacturers might mess up, shipping carrier might mess up, and yes - even we might mess up from time-to-time.  That's why we have an industry leading Hassle Free 90-Day Return Policy that states:
  • If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by Starfleet Models within 90 days from the receipt of your shipment for a full and prompt refund or replacement.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

  • Since Starfleet Models deals with popular items, some merchandise may sell out.  If so, we may not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.
  • Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy).
  • Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the merchandise.  This credit will not include any original shipping and procession charges unless products are damaged when you receive them.  Your credit will appear AFTER Starfleet Models receives and processes your returned item as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records.  Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to appear on your statement.
  • Complete detailed instructions on how to return merchandise can be found on the reverse side of your Invoice in each shipment.

What's Next? How Do I Start The Returns Process?

  • If you have eligible products to return, send an email product.returns@starfleet-models.com to obtain an RMA Number.
  • Returns cannot be processed without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
